With a background in biomedical science and clinical practice, Ivy created The IV House London around a simple idea: private wellness should fit into modern life, rather than ask you to step out of it.

You'll complete the required information before your appointment so we can confirm suitability and make sure a House Call is appropriate for you.
No. Any treatment offered depends on your individual suitability and professional assessment.
We currently attend W6, W8, W10 and W11. If you're outside these areas, get in touch and we'll confirm availability.
Vitamin injection appointments are usually around 15 minutes. IV appointments take longer and vary depending on the service selected. Your booking confirmation will include the expected appointment time.
If The IV House London is unable to proceed following your suitability assessment, your payment will be refunded in full.
Please give at least 48 hours' notice. With 48 hours or more notice, your appointment can be cancelled for a full refund or rescheduled. With 24–48 hours' notice, your booking payment may be transferred once to a new appointment. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment, the booking is non-refundable and a new appointment will need to be made. If The IV House London is unable to proceed following your suitability assessment, your payment will be refunded in full.
